At Bark Spiseri and Bar, everything feels different. The restaurant derives its name from the concept of the tree being taken care of by its bark. Owners Nils Arthur, Siv Anne, and Channett Gjeitanger wanted to create a cosy eatery in central Harstad where guests are assured a pleasant and memorable experience.
One of their specialities is the tapas – cured ham and sausages, Norwegian blue cheese, and a range of snacks. For lunch and dinner, you get everything, including fish, pork, and lamb. The menu also includes sides like salad and cheese platter. The menu board at the premises displays daily specials like fish, meat, pasta, and dessert. You get a range of locally-brewed beer and alcohol-free drinks at the bar.
